1. Full Paper Submission
Full papers submitted to ICRS15-RPSD2026 will be published in one of the following journals' special issues or in the conference proceedings.
Authors should submit their papers directly through each journal's website, while authors who do not wish to publish in the journals are requested to submit to the conference website.
The full paper submission deadline is November 30, 2026.
Full papers for the student competition must be submitted earlier (by October 5) for pre-review. (Please check the details of the student competition section.)
Journal Publication
Authors may submit their papers to one of the following journals for publication. Papers submitted to NET, JRPR, FST and NSE will undergo the standard peer-review process of the respective journal and must comply with its formatting and submission requirements. (Please use the template provided by each journal.)

Authors who do not wish to submit their papers to a journal may submit their full papers for inclusion in the ICRS15-RPSD2026 Conference Proceedings.
The conference proceedings will be published in PDF format.
